You can change your contact details by clicking on the My Details menu option from your applicant portal.  If your name is displayed incorrectly or your name has changed by marriage or deed-poll, you should use this page to log an enquiry, filling out the relevant details in the questions presented and providing scanned documents relating to your name change/amendment request. This may be the photo page of your passport, your marriage certificate or deed-poll. A member of staff will then pick up your enquiry and amend your records accordingly. Please do not post original documents to us.
